Born Josh Mannis, Mannis grew up as a musically inclined child, he got his first guitar and guitar lessons on his 5th birthday and he never looked back. He later attended Indiana University and although he majored in Marketing, it was during his college days that he honed his skills as a writer and producer. He produced and co-wrote songs for artists Apollo and Jarid G. Mannis released 2 EP’s in 2020 and 2021, namely “SOMEBODY LIKE YOU” and “LONELY LOVE”. The projects explore themes such as love and relationships and also dabble in various sub-genres such as synth-pop and fusions between Hip Hop, Pop and R&B. He recently released his latest single, “CELEBRATE” featuring Jabbar Hakeem. The song is a chill pop anthem that speaks about the feelings of elation that follow the in the aftermath of a bad relationship. The single is sure to be relatable and impactful and it was co-written by revered songwriter JT Roach, who has a repertoire of credits that include One Republic, Jake Miller and Jacob Whitesides.
